Return and refund policy

 As all products are customise/made to order so refund won’t be possible. Product will only be Replaceable/Exchanged if customer have received wrong or defective product. 

Steps to exchange product (only if you received wrong or defective product)

  • Mail us on info@shopintosam.com or Whatsapp +91 9571949777
  • Send photos/video about the issue
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, Once confirm with our customer service executive, You will have to parcel us back and As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to pay for courier which you parcel us back.
  • It will take 7-8 working days to resolve the same.

NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product , so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
